12-2-2025 Update: Splash Harbour Water Park will be closed for Maintenance from January 19th to January 31st, 2026, however, the pool will be "mostly" open during these dates. According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Unit 4413 is located on the 4th floor. Enjoy watching the boats go by and the dolphin play from the unit's private balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal. A fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer makes for that perfect place to bring the whole family.

The unit comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's over a $50 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

The living/dining room area has wood flooring, and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a 2 queen sized beds with an attached bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located two floors up for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short 3/5 minute walk from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 3 ELEVATORS LOCATED IN THE PARKING GARAGE THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 4TH FLOOR.

Jimmy Guana is right in your backyard. Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is just a few miles away! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's.u

Didn't bring a car? Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Very very clean, Beautiful, perfect location. Exactly how it is pictured. Only down fall we had was we had 6 in our group and in order to go to the pool you HAVE to have a pass if it’s between 10AM to 6PM - this rental property had 2 cards that gets you 4 bands. Which would have had us pay for 2 bands each day we went to the pool.

Not fresh towels and sheets, will never stay again

This property is very far from hotel grade. Bed sheets and towels were brownish color, so you can’t see how dirty they are. Also, they didn’t seem fresh, so we had to sleep with clothes on. Terrible mattresses and pillows.Nice water park though!

Great location

Great location, close to restaurants and beach. Closet with sand toys, wagon and chairs was completely filled with sand upon arrival. One of the chairs was broken and pretty rusty.Washing machine was filled with mold on inner lining and smelled disgusting: entire unit smelled stuffy and moldy. When using the sink, it smelled like an ash tray and completely disgusting.I would not stay in this unit again. Was pretty disappointed for the money spent there.

Great Place!

Great condo with plenty of room and beds. Lovely balcony overlooking intercoastal. Beach literally 3 minute walk. Condo has everything needed, is super clean and we all loved it. 2 bedroom and bathrooms really great so kids could retreat to their own space for a bit. Easy communication with property mgmt. would 100% stay again.

Home away from home!

Very nice. Convenient and easy to get to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Would recommend putting room darkening curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms as the entrance hallways are very bright along with the patio lights when someone is out there in the evenings. Great Place!

This place was fantastic! We loved the location and the waterpark. The nightlife was just our speed, with poolside bar and Jimmy Guanas. The unit was very nice and the view was fantastic!! Couple of things- the coffee pot did not work. We found an extra above the fridge. The master bedroom does not have a ceiling fan and it was hot and stuffy in there. Even after lowering the thermostat, it was uncomfortably warm. The other bedroom could use some black out curtains, as the hallway light is super bright. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cart. We will be back!

Relaxing Getaway

The location is fantastic with the beach just a few short blocks away and the water park on site. Indian Rocks Beach is a nice quiet area. Will be dreaming of the lazy river for a long time! Great view from the deck and overall a clean property, with regular maintenance staff. Cute, comfortable condo with plenty of space. The owner was responsive and we appreciated the beach towels. A few minor details could be improved, but we had what we needed to enjoy our vacation. Would stay again!

Great Location & Amenities

The location was great! Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and quaint gulf coast town. Easy walk to the beach and the kids loved the water park in the afternoons. Best of both worlds for the kids! We loved walking to Pipo & Betty's every morning for breakfast. Even though we were there during a busy spring break week it wasn't so busy we couldn't enjoy our stay. The condo was very nice with a great view and had everything we needed. We had one quick question about the living room TV/Internet and the property manager/owner replied to my message immediately. One small suggestion would be to add some sort of curtains or black out shades to the windows. In particular the bedroom window that looks out into the condo breezeway - the night lights are very bright and would light the room up at night.

Great Spring Break

This location is an awesome spot. Enjoyed the water park, restaurants, short walk to the beach. We will be returning again!
