House Rules
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment, threats, or verbal abuse toward staff may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund.
• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkouts
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must receive approval before arriving early or departing after our standard check-in/check-out times. Unapproved late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a $40 charge.
• Parking
Only one vehicle is permitted in the building`s reserved parking area. Additional vehicles must be parked in non-reserved spaces outside or on the outskirts of the property, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for following all parking regulations and restrictions.
• Pool Hours
The community pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Guests must comply with all posted pool and community amenity rules while using the facilities.
• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the property before, during, or after your stay.
• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time pet fee of $115.
• Fobs, Parking Passes, Fan & TV Remotes
Please ensure all fobs, parking passes, fan remotes, and TV remotes are left inside the unit before checking out. Replacement fees may apply for missing items.
• Parties, Excessive Noise & Smoking
Parties, events, excessive noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay.
• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on normal guest use. Excessive mess, stains, odors, or unusually intensive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
• Extra Towels & Linens
If you need additional towels or linens, please check the dryer first, as housekeeping may still be completing laundry services.
• Maintenance Requests
We rely on our maintenance team for repairs and maintenance. While we will make every effort to address concerns promptly, non-emergency requests may require additional time to resolve.
