This peaceful and centrally-located guest house, is convenient for your get away with immediate access to I-275 which will take you to downtown St Pete, and famous Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, St Pete Beach in less then 17 min and 22 min away from Tampa International Airport. Also having access to close shopping centers including Tyrone Square Mall.
The space
We just renovated the entire apartment studio from top to bottom with brand new everything. Our space is located in the beautiful quiet neighborhood of Lealman.

Free Wifi.

Both smart TV's in the apartment is hooked up to Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc. You are welcome to log in to any of this streaming services that you would like, just be sure to log out before leaving.

We have provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Keurig K cup coffee, sugar, Splenda, coffee creamer, toiletry, and a variety of snacks as well as a list of amazing local recommendations.
Guest access
You'll be staying in a completely renovated cozy studio apartment. Its a complete separate unit with its free two private parking spaces and its own entrance. You'll be provided with the exact location prior to check in. You'll be park behind the property in the alley. Your parking space will be on the gravel area. Please avoid blocking the alley.
Other things to note
This studio space have a brand new fully equipped kitchen, this space has an open concept with a fully enclosed walking closet and the only interior door leading to the bathroom. The bathroom also have a Bluetooth air vent where you can enjoy music while showering. When connecting to the Bluetooth air vent you will look for this name "HOMEWERKS(JB672)" Think of it like a modern hotel room.
