For fun closer to home, wander along the Pinellas Trail - right from your backyard!

Return to your retreat to unwind and relax, which offers new flooring, tasteful decor, and modern amenities throughout. Settle into comfortable furnishings in the spacious living room and enjoy entertainment on the large TV. When hunger strikes, make meals in the beautiful kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a cool-hued tile backsplash, underlighting, and a large serving window that makes entertaining effortless. There is an elegant, formal dining area for gathering and togetherness. A washer/dryer keeps everyone's clothes refreshed during their stay.

For fresh air and greater company, there is an immaculate and large lanai with a vaulted ceiling. Furnished and complete with natural themes, this space is an amazing hangout area for holiday gatherings, at-home barbeques, or sports-watching parties. It's simply gorgeous!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
