CWB Retreats at Bayside Suite 2 & View 3

Summary:

617 Bay Esplanade building is. located on the intercoastal waterway and 4 blocks from the beach.

Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located right outside of the units.



The Space:

Check-in at 3pm

Check-out at 10am



-This space combines Suite 2 & View 3 through an interconnecting door.

-Both units have a full kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator and stove. The kitchen is also supplied with small appliances, utensils, dishware, drinkware, coffee cups, and a drip coffee maker.

- There is a live-edge table in both units for dining

- The bathroom in Suite 2 has a shower

- The bathroom in View 3 has a combination tub & shower. Both bathrooms are supplied with a hairdryer and shower essentials.

- Towels and bed linens are provided

The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.

- Laundry room is located on the far side of the building and is free for guests to use.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.

Unit access is self-check-in

There are free parking spaces available - 1 space per unit right up front



Getting Around:

Jolley Trolley is nearby and includes the Publix grocery store on its line. Check the website for rates and map.

It's a short walk to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
