We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
Dog Size Limit: Only one (1) dog allowed up to 75 pounds. Larger dogs will be considered by breed. Please inquire.

Rules While On Property:
Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
All dog walks must take defecate off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and past away from the property.
Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. Not clean

Loved the location! Perfect view with amazing sunsets! The condo was cute with a fun retro decor. The cleanliness was subpar at best. The table, counter tops and stove top were still dirty with crumbs. The floor had not been properly vacuumed. I know this because there here was a chewed up dog toy on the floor by the couch from previous renters. The bathtub/showers were not clean. We even found the previous renters used contact lenses in the master shower, and broken glass by the bathtub in the main bathroom. The kitchen sink smelled terrible. I assume it’s probably because the kitchen had very low water pressure, and the water in the kitchen would not get hot, so I can only assume the kitchen sink had not been properly cleaned as well. The worst thing of all were the cockroaches! I know in such climates bugs can be difficult. But when we turned on the oven to make a pizza on our second night, is when we saw them coming out from behind the stove and countertops. We noticed if we were up past 10:30 PM is when we would see them the most. kitchen countertops, floors, even in the master bathroom. It was obvious that the place had not been properly maintained, and to be honest, it ruined our stay. Given the cost of our four night stay, we were certainly not expecting a dirty condo with a side of cockroach infestation. To put it bluntly, it was disgusting.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 5, ages ranging from 19-75 years of age. We always rent vacation homes on the beach and this location was perfect. This rental was very clean, had all the comforts of home and the property managers were wonderful with communication. Indian Shores has done a great job with clean up after the devastating hurricane. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home and location. Just over the dune and there was the beautiful gulf. Very relaxing and beds were so comfortable. The condo was HUGE. right on the beach. Great equipment in the storage shed- bikes, kayak beach games. Everything was spotless. Lovely comfy furniture on the balcony. There was a fire pit with available firewood and chairs around the pit. Loved this place!

Excellent customer experience

We loved the condo-great location and smaller property met our needs. I was most impressed with the customer service before and after the rental period. We had trouble with the TVs, ice maker, beach chairs and kayak. Each problem was addressed and fixed in a very short period of time. The young man, MJ, who came to the condo to remedy the issues was so nice and very competent.

Best Beach View Ever.

Short version. Well Equipped kitchen, awesome laundry, CLEAN, view was amazing, furniture wonderful, and the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, fire pit, and available water hose made it special.... Not that it is a negative, but just know, It is a walk up, no elevator, be prepared to climb those steep and narrow stairs. The owner was available to me via text and replied very quickly. Not much area to walk your pups, but I didn't mind the exercise.

Small Piece of Paradise

We are frequent visitors of Florida's gulf beaches, and this location did not disappoint. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a small issue with the TV but the issue was addressed quickly and without difficulty. The communication with the owners was easy and efficient. The condo living room was so nice to sit and relax and watch the very large TV. The view was the amazing. Access to the beach was easy. It was just myself and my son so the space was great for us.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay and we’re very happy with the location to the beach and accommodations. We had everything we needed for the stay and to play even for the kids but the decor and kitchen supplies are definitely geared towards adults. Not a big deal but only thing I would have changed was a few kids items like plastic glasses and maybe a couple games/puzzles. We would definitely visit this property again and loved our stay!

Absolutely stunning condo. Slept like a baby in the wonderful beds! Cannot say enough about our stay. Only wished we had stayed longer….. but we will be back! Thank you so much!
