Quick beach getaway

Stayed a few nights during a trip to Tampa Bay. The location was terrific and the unit was clean. Would have been nice to have more than 1 beach chair and a cork screw but otherwise it was well equipped and comfortable! Lovely to look outside and see the beach!

Overall good experience

We had a good experience overall. Everything was as described and the management was easy to work with. I locked myself out once when we were near needing to leave for an activity and I had new key cards in my possession in time to access the property and get our car keys. Proximity to the beach was great and the pool was a hit with my kids as well.

Nice condo, great location, close to restaurants and shopping

The condo on a whole was nice. Was disappointed that the dollar store hand soap dispensers were half filled with water. Also since there was no cleaning service it should have a vacuum, or a swifter, or something more than a broom to clean the floors. Really needs towel racks or hooks to hang your towels.

Great FL beach condo

The place was fairly clean and was in a great location for the beach access! Nice pool and spa. Would recommend to others! May I recommend room-darkening curtains in the smaller bedroom to block out light from the outside stairwell area. Heating element in dryer machine is also not great. Otherwise no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay for a wedding. We had family upstairs and down the boardwalk. The room was perfect for what we needed. I don’t think it was swept or cleaned very well and as in every other condo I’ve stayed in the shower pressure was horrible. But that’s the only negatives we had. Beds were comfy, plenty of beach gear and that little styrofoam cooler….please nobody break that because it is awesome!!!! The area is beautiful and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

I was there with my two girlfriends for a wedding . The condo was in a really nice location. Right on the water , beach was beautiful. John’s pass is a short drive , across the street is ice cream and Dunkin. The pool area was nice and I liked the security of the locked gates. The only thing I would say about the condo is the first bedroom needs new blindes. They were broken and at night you could see inside the bedroom . It’s a corner unit which is nice as well. I would definitely rent this again our next visit . The patio also has table and few chairs which are not pictured but great for morning coffee and or just relaxing looking at the beach. It did have a styrofoam cooler and two beach chairs as well as sand toys which is nice to have for the beach.

NO A/C

Air conditioner was broken. There was a note on thermostat when we checked in that a/c couldn't be turned down below 75 so must have known that air conditioner needed to be replaced. Had to sleep first night with no a/c and temp inside unit rose to 83 degrees. Had a horrible time with property managers dealing with moving to a another unit since a/c could not be fixed. Where we moved was not ocean front and never received credit even though one was promised. I have called iTrip multiple times and they have been rude to me in their conversations. Highly unprofessional. Would never rent through iTrip again.

Quiet and perfect!

This was the perfect condo for myself, two teenage boys, and my two preteen daughters. I loved the two entrances to the balcony, one through the living room and the other through the master bedroom. The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen had all you'd need. The condo was a short walk from ice cream and restaurants and also John's Pass. The kids lived in the pool and hot tub and we grilled in the outdoor grilling area several times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall Not Bad

So the condo is exactly as described. Overall the stay was good. The balcony is right over the grill area which a large family had taken over our entire stay. They used it as their hangout area everyday and no one else could get in there to grill. The ice cream shop Scoops right across was great, they were broken into during our stay also. We had left our personal beach chairs outside the front door of our condo like many others we’re doing, someone stole our chairs overnight but left our wagon and snorkels. Asked the front desk about the cameras and was informed they couldn’t look at them for us because we booked with iTrip. The beach is a little bit of a walk from the condo but the beach is beautiful. Lots of small stingrays. Everyday we were there EMS responded to multiple stingray stings throughout the day. My wife was even stung by one and we had to make that long hike back to the condo with her foot pouring blood from the sting. Plenty of good (and bad) restaurants around. Mainly ate out because the refrigerator smelled of fish really bad, the freezer smelled the worst we couldn’t leave ice in it without it absorbing the fish smell. Visited St John’s boardwalk and Crabbys on the Pass. Fort de Soto was a short drive, sliced my foot open while in the water out there but it is beautiful. Plus side the pool at this condo stays open until 11:00 pm, the hot tub stays on from 8 am to 8 pm. My kids enjoyed being able to go out to eat then coming back to swim.
