This beachfront beauty has a gulf-front balcony with access from the master suite and the living room that allows guests easy access to soak in unparalleled sunsets over the gulf waters each evening. The complex of Beach Palms has plenty of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including a relaxing heated pool, outdoor dining tables that face the beach, BBQ grills, restrooms, and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
Kitchen: The modern, fully equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops and modern appliances. Amenities include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and handheld mixer. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The adjacent dining area is stylishly appointed with seating for 6.
Living Room: Lounge with the whole family with comfortable seating including a sofa, loveseat, and 2 sitting chairs! Has a TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony with plenty of seating and outstanding Gulf views!
Bedroom #1: The master suite presents a coastal oasis with a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, ceiling fan, nightstands with USB ports, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony entrance.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a granite dual vanity, bidet, and elegantly tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom #2: This charming bedroom hosts a variety of sleeping options with a Queen bed and bonus bunk beds, a TV, a ceiling fan, and a nightstand with a USB port. This bedroom also has an adjoining door to the guest bathroom.
Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub combo and a bidet.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit.
Barbecues are fully operational. Please note they are timer based in 20, 40, & 60 minute intervals. Longer cooking times will require you to reset the timer.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
