Primary bedroom is an oversized suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and private balcony access. Second bedroom includes two queen beds and a smart TV. Hall bathroom features a shower/tub combination. The cozy living room offers ocean views, a smart TV, and sliding glass door access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for your stay, plus a coffee and tea bar and a private washer/dryer. Enjoy a private balcony accessible from both the living room and primary suite with shimmering pool and ocean views.

Know before you go:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 3 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use

July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.
