The unit has a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a few issues upon our arrival. The frig’s air and water filter needed to be replaced, 3 of 8 dining room chairs were broken. The two outdoor fans were old and inoperable . The LR couch and love seat are shot and need to be replaced. The couch has a piece of plywood under the cushions for support but it still sunk down. The love seat didn’t have any plywood and was even worse for seating. The dishwasher lower water sprayer had a large hole in it. The outdoor furniture cushions had tears in them, but they were comfortable to sit in.We contacted Happy Place Vacation Rentals, and they were outstanding handling the issues that the owner would allow. They brought in 6 new dining chairs, installed two new ceiling fans on the balcony, replaced the refrigerator filters, and replaced the lower water sprayer in the dishwasher. They were extremely responsive!! So, due in large part to the excellent support of the folks from Happy Place Vacation Rentals, most of the issues were corrected and we were able to enjoy our stay. That said, we thought the unit was a bit overpriced due to the poor condition of the living room/balcony furniture.
