This ground-floor, one-bedroom condo offers beach access in the community. With a kitchenette and private patio, it’s a great place to relax and unwind.

While some areas of the condo community are undergoing repairs due to recent storms, our unit was unaffected and fully functional. You can still enjoy a beachside experience!

Looking for a beachfront retreat? This cozy and inviting apartment in Indian Rocks Beach is just steps from the sand, offering stunning Gulf views and spectacular sunsets.

Inside, you`ll find modern furnishings, coastal décor, and all the comforts of condo. The kitchenette, while the queen-sized bed and 43` TV in the bedroom provide a relaxing space to unwind. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Additional amenities include cable, Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. We also provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.

Please note: Our unit was unaffected by recent storms, some areas of the condo community—including exterior siding and laundry facilities—are currently undergoing repairs. Additionally, units at the back of the community near the beach sustained more significant damage and are under construction. We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises upon arrival.

When you`re ready to explore, Indian Rocks Beach has plenty to offer. Enjoy fresh seafood at Salt Rock Grill, casual bites at Keegan’s or Guppy’s, or sip cocktails at The Pub while watching the sunset. For a quick snack, don’t miss the famous Lighthouse Donuts—just a short walk away.

For more adventures, hop on the beach trolley for a 10-minute ride to John`s Pass Village, where you`ll find shopping, dining, and exciting water activities, from dolphin-watching cruises to jet ski rentals. Clearwater Beach is also nearby, offering more shopping, dining, and the famous Clearwater Aquarium, home to Winter the dolphin from Dolphin Tale.
