1. Respect the Peace & Neighbours 🤫 We have a strict no-noise policy. By booking, you agree to respect not only the house rules but also the quiet enjoyment of neighbours and shared common areas. ⛔ Violations may lead to fines and immediate termination of your stay.
2. A Note on Nature 🐜☀️ During Malta’s warmer months, occasional sightings of ants or cockroaches can happen — it’s part of our sunny island life. We do take prevention seriously and provide sprays and traps when needed.
3. Check-In & Check-Out 🕒
* Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
* Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and can’t always be guaranteed — but we’ll do our best when we can!
4. Self Check-In 🔑 Self check-in details and step-by-step instructions will be shared 24 hours before your arrival.
5. Waste Disposal & Local Fines 🚮 You’ll find waste collection schedules in your check-in guide. Please place waste only at the designated times — as local authorities monitor the streets, and incorrect disposal may result in fines.
6. Essentials Provided 🧴 We want you to feel right at home. Here’s what we provide for your stay:
* Shower gel
* Dish soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwasher tablets (if applicable) — enough for 3–5 nights
