„Darcy was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and inquires. The property was very clean and in good condition. There is 1 tub/ shower combo and 1 walk in shower. No ceiling fans, so we brought a table top fan for the bedroom. We had permission to bring our two dogs. We enjoyed the view, the quiet and the partially covered deck that provided shade, if you wanted it. The outdoor furniture is wood, so we brought camp chairs. Lovely relaxing stay. “

„Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected.“

„Because Alex is so quick and thorough with communication, the check-in was seamless. GPS found the house easily. Cottage is clean, and well-stocked with herbs, spices, even olive oil!! Paper stock also good - all we had to buy was fresh groceries! The location was spectacular with its view of the mussel beds, comforting breezes and gorgeous sunsets. „This is a beautiful cottage with all of the amenities! The cottage was very clean and so spacious. The hot tub and steam room were great for relaxing after a hard day of vacationing. „Dave and Laura have a great house. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is brand new, has a very tasteful interior design and high class appliances. Everything you need ist there. You are close to the attractions of the northern rustico shore, but remote enough to enjoy the amazing countryside. Great views are guaranteed. There are great beaches nearby. We had a perfect time.“

„This was our second year in Sand Castle and it met all our expectations! Open concept and spacious deck and a well appointed kitchen. Loved the Adirondack chairs to spend our time looking over the ocean and watching the birds, bunnies, chipmunks, dragonflies! Simply a quick walk to the bluff stairs to the beach. „Gina was very accomodating with all of the information and the home was so relaxing and beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied and made the visit even more enjoyable. We had a great time in Kensington and would go back to this home in a heart beat. The kids loved the room and were so excited about the toys.
