„It was a wonderful short stay, perfect if one likes on-road and off-road cycling and being in nature. A short trip into beautiful Bungay. The en-suite room was very spacious, had a little courtyard with chairs and a table to enjoy the sun, a lovely individual breakfast and very friendly chatty hosts. Warmly recommended! “

„Wenn es heißt, dass Parkplätze inbegriffen sind, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass die Unterkunft welche zur Verfügung stellt. Stattdessen muss man sich einen am Straßenrand (welcher oft sehr voll ist) suchen oder man stellt sich auf dem weiter oben befindlichen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Ich wurde einen Tag vorher gebeten meine Nummer zu schicken, damit ich alle Details für den Check-in zugesendet bekomme. „Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. „Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.“

„So, first of all the English breakfast. Have to pay extra for mushrooms (how rude and hence only 4 stars for it) but a good choice of continental food, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, jams. The room (I stayed in the lodge) very clean and spacious room however the radiator didn't seem to be working although towel rail in bathroom was but there was enough space for a wheelchair. Staff are diligent and friendly (both day and night) and I advised on the faulty socket in my room. I've stayed here before ...

„We loved this short stay with our extended family. Very well equipped and something for everyone, young and old. Very clean, loads of space and lots of facilities. Loved the enclosed paddock area for the dog and some good walks nearby. The outdoor seating areas are excellent. It would have been good to know in advance that there wasn't a cafetiere in the kitchen or shower gel in the bathrooms especially as the place was so well stocked but this is a simple update of the property details.  ...

„The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports. The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed. Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work. While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms. It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so ...
