„- check in was difficult since our host failed to include front door code in check-in instructions, we had to contact Brandon for door code- door code did not work upon exiting the property and we had to use Brandon's back up method (actual keys)to secure our property- Brandon said he'd send someone to fix the front door lock, that never happened- no shampoo or soap in the shower- broken ice maker and water dispenser in fridge- window blinds broken and filthy- ottoman ripped up- couch in ...
