„It was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble of replacing a pastry from a local bakery my nephew accidentally left behind when changing rooms. My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!“

„Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.“

„The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on.“

„When we checked in, it was mentioned that the property had completed their updates to the rooms. I think our room was missed in the updating. Furnishings were tired looking and the draperies needed attention - curtain partially detached from the header and hooks off the rod.“

„Half of the blinds didn’t work. I had to leave a day early and was told that if I contacted Expedia that I could get a refund for the extra night I didn’t stay and now they’re saying I can’t have a refund for the extra night. Parking was very expensive. Room wasn’t very clean.“
