KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
The full kitchen includes gas appliances, bar seating, a dishwasher and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination, giving families the option of a bathtub.

The private fenced backyard includes a dining area for morning coffee, outdoor meals and time outside with the family.

PARKING AND LOCATION
Private off-street parking behind the home can accommodate up to three cars or SUVs. Tower Grove Park and South Grand are a short walk or drive away, with convenient access to downtown St. Louis, hospitals and local attractions.

• No pets are allowed; unauthorized pets incur a $300 fee.
• No smoking indoors; a $250 violation fee applies.
• Reservations longer than 21 days include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Approved early arrivals are $15 per hour; approved late departures are $20 per hour. Unauthorized late departures incur a $50 fee.
• Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
