This delightful property offers 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 3 twin beds, perfect for a group getaway. With excellent WiFi, AC, a deck, and other amenities, you will feel right at home. Surrounded by a large native plant garden with a trampoline. One minute away from Highway 170, a short drive to all St. Louis attractions. We`re happy to help with any questions.

It`s a lovely split-level house. From the front door, it`s half a flight of stairs to either level. Upstairs are the kitchen, open-concept living/dining room with vaulted ceiling, main bedroom and bathroom, and laundry room. Downstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It`s surrounded by a large yard with a native plant garden and a trampoline.

You have the whole house and yard to yourself, except that the garage is inaccessible to you because we use it to store our supplies.

- Please turn off lights/fans/heaters when you leave or are not using them.
- Please leave the place the way you found it.
- The trash bins are next to the garage (except on Monday when they must be put on the street for trash pick up, facing the street a few feet apart). Please place regular trash in the blue bin and recyclables (paper, plastic, glass, metal) in the brown bin.
