Nestled in the heart of New Town St. Charles, our cozy home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your stay. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a bit of both, our space is designed to make you feel right at home. Family-friendly with its walkability to restaurants, bars, market, coffee shops, ice cream, food kiosk, canals, lakes, parks. It is only a few miles from historic St. Charles Main street, The Streets of St. Charles, and 25 miles to Downtown St. Louis.

This space is cozy, comfortable and designed with our guests in mind. You can bike the Katy Trail, tour the area or stay right in the neighborhood, whatever you like the options are plentiful.

Our house offers 4 beds, a full kitchen with all necessities, breakfast bar and seating area. Living area with chaise lounge, table and chairs, great wifi and TV.
An upgraded washer and dryer in unit. Detergent, cleaning supplies, some toiletries, coffee and other supplies provided.
Our goal is to provide our guest with a 5 star experience offering amenities needed to just show up and enjoy your stay. Flexible check in and out times if possible, discounts on weekly or monthly stays. This unit can be booked for extended periods of time. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Our cozy lakefront house is just a short walk to a
few restaurants-bars, New Town amphitheater, market, bakery and coffee. Parking is free anywhere in New town. Ample parking can be found right outside of the garage.

Need a longer term stay, in town for work, building a house, we offer weekly and monthly discount rates! Please reach out for more information.

Pools and lakes are reserved for full time New Town residents, proof of residency and passes are required. Part Time Guests will not be able to access these amenities. The outdoor concerts and many other activities that go on in New Town are free and open to the public!
