Welcome to comfortable modern living in this spacious charming 3-level home fully renovated. This home is perfect for large families and business groups and has everything you need for the most enjoyable stay. Sleeping accommodations up to 13. Fully furnished and well-equipped with the attention to detail that travelers need. The home is tastefully decorated, using a minimalist approach to create a simple and uncluttered space. Please make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a luxurious leather sectional framing the large wall-mounted Smart TV above the non-working fireplace. You can access all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a tea kettle, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the kitchen peninsula or gather everyone into the sophisticated dining room for dinner. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our kitchen peninsula. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR & 3RD FLOOR
Three of the four bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. All of the bedrooms have abundant natural light and tall ceilings. Bedroom #1 has two sets of twin beds tastefully decorated and shares a full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a bath/shower combo stocked with fresh, clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Bedroom #2 has two side-by-side queen beds. Bedroom #3 is the large master with a king-size canopy bed, a desk with a lamp, and a travel crib. A large wall-mounted Smart TV allows guests to enjoy watching their favorite show while relaxing in bed. Attached is a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is located on the 3rd floor. It's a beautiful private area with a full-size bathroom. The room is large enough to have two queen beds and a twin-size bed, plus two extra large bean bags. This space is a family dream retreat!

LAUNDRY
A stackable front-loading washer and dryer are located on the 2nd-floor hallway, with detergent and dryer sheets to make vacation laundry a breeze.

Shaw is one of the oldest and most intact neighborhoods among St. Louis City’s historic districts and is centrally located just minutes from Downtown, the landmark Soulard District, Forest Park, The Hill, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the South Grand business district.

Flora Place, in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood, hosts the annual Historic Shaw Art Fair, which showcases juried artists from around the country, entertainment, and local cuisine.

Shaw is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, delicious restaurants, and cute shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest. The top-rated and free St. Louis Zoo and the St. Louis Art Museum are nearby in Forest Park.

Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on “The Hill” nearby. We were in town for a convention and it was close, clean and comfortable. Nice being able to stay close but be away from all the conventions buzzzzz.

Family stayed for 1 week for an event. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, relaxed neighborhood were great. HOWEVER, the house was only partially clean. We were forced to vacuum every room picking up nuts, candy wrappers, sewing pins, q-tip swabs, wadded tissues. The bathroom rugs were dirty but could be washed in the unit washer & dryer, Kitchen was mostly clean but with very dirty under cabinet trash bin, and door windows smeared with dog prints.There was one broken bedside lamp in 1 room, no bedside lamp to in a second room; no working ceiling light in one room. Only 6 forks/spoons for a house that sleeps 13(the manager couldn’t get someone to address this but agreed to reimburse me for purchasing utensils). No hair dryer though it was listed; no access to back parking pad due to rotting gate. So in general this lovely older StL house suffers from being a corporate owned property and is in dire need of TLC.

Negative Feedback: Arrived to a hot house 80+. Parts and pieces of smoke detectors and vent covers were scattered around the house. One detector was chirping all night. Closet hardware was barely attached to wall so couldn’t use it properly. Remote controls didn’t have working batteries Water pressure is a light sprinkle for the shower. House was not cleaned very well, especially the bathrooms. Air vents above beds were covered in thick dirt and dust. Location was central to most things STL, but noisy and busy, street parking is tricky. The positive feedback: the beds and bedding are comfy. The house was staged nicely with all the standard amenities. Easy check in and check out Host communicated well

My sister and I grew up in St. Louis and love to go back to our old stomping grounds in the city with our kids and just hang out together twice a year. We've stayed in several houses in the city and this was a good one! There was plenty of room for all of us. The two air conditioning condenser units did an amazing job of keeping us cool inside. The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining area. The dining table is very large. The furniture in the living room is comfy! The kitchen is stocked with things but not as much as other homes we've stayed in. Bring appliances and anything else you may need if you're into cooking big meals (we take a break from that during our visits). The beds are very comfortable. Having three and a half bathrooms was a dream with 5 teenagers with us! We did have an electrical issue while we were there. Communication surrounding it was excellent.

We had 13 women in town for a bowling tournament. Plenty of room for all of us. Host was very responsive. Very nice quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!
