We couldn't get into one side of one of the buildings. There is not number to reach anyone when this happens. All you can do is message them via the VRBO app and wait. Thankfully we had multiple properties rented; we could get everyone inside a house. We just made do without the 4th property. The two properties are around the corner from each other not next door. It was NOT clean. One comforter smelled of mildew, floors were filthy, fans were so filthy we couldn't turn them on. Sheets on at least one bed were dirty. Towels in the one property were dirty or had holes in them. The deadbolt on the back door at the one property required one person to lift up on the door while the other person locked the deadbolt. You could tell that the door had an attempt to pry it open at some point. I messaged the property place when we couldn't get in, and they took about an hour to respond. By that time, we had made things work with the other 3 properties. I listed all the issues for the manager. He said he was passing it along to his staff and would let me know how they were going to make things right. That was Thursday morning first thing, and it is now Tuesday night. I have heard NOTHING. I had waited to write a review because I understand things happen and I don't know if this was just a one-time fluke thing. I was giving him time to explain things and make them right, but since I have heard nothing, people need to know what they are getting themselves into. I would not rent ever again!
