„We came to see the Big Boy Steam Engine 250 America tour. Fairfield was the perfect place to stay. Very kind helpful staff, clean comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The best part was our city view room. Enjoyed the Wheel & Union Station Light show each evening right from our room. Plus it was an easy walk to Union Station. We definitely plan to stay again when we're in the St. Louis area.“

„The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Our only complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the check-in/valet parking was so crowded that we had no where to park. We circled the block a few times and then found off street parking about a block away. After we got checked in, we could park in the garage. Had it been better explained prior to arrival, it wouldn't have been as stressful.“

„Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit dem besten Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind schalldicht und man fühlt sich sicher. Auch die Klimaanlage war nicht laut und hat gut funktioniert. Wir hatten einen kleinen Kühlschrank der gut funktionierte. Einzig der Zimmerservice war nicht immer motiviert. Manchmal gab es nach der Reinigung gar kein Toilettenpapier. Da mussten wir an der Rezeption anrufen und es wurde direkt gebracht. Auch mitten in der Nacht. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren sehr gemütlich. ...

„Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, mein Fenster war zur Straße, wo die ganze Nacht über anliefern Verkehr und anderer Lärm war. Ganz schrecklich. Und das Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch in der Hotelbar äußerst unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen,“

„I booked a deluxe room through Expedia, but the amenities did not match the description of what I paid for. When I went to the front desk, they were very polite but not accommodating. So we get To the room, it is a small room, that looks like it hasn't been dusted in months. Went to fill the Ice container it had dust so thick I actually had to wash it with soap and water and really wipe it down. Then we had to go on a scavenger hunt for ice. We were on the 1st floor we had to stop at each level ...

„Great place, will definitely visit again. Everyone was really nice, and I really appreciated that all the restaurants and the aquarium were all within the same complex. So I never had to get into my car. You did go to the arch and the zoo, and those were no more than 6 to 8 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.“
