One Problem after another

After confirmation where we were supposed to collect keys at the apartment, we were told to collect our keys from a local 7/11, after getting lost, we then had trouble working out where to park, no information was provided and there are two entry points to the building. Thank god someone was in the lift to show us how to use the sensor to get to our floor or else were would have been sleeping on the streets. Of course when we entered all of this information was displayed in a welcome book on the coffee table. But closer inspection of the room showed it had not been cleaned, used sheets and towels, dirty floor and tables. A phone call got this rectified but we had to wait over half an hour to get it done. The apartment had a lingering smell of wet dirt and the local trams could be heard screetching at all hours.

funky hotel close to the city and St Kilda

Very pleasing experience which started with being met by the room attendant (Irin) in the ground floor lobby as she was just finishing the room when we arrived. She was very friendly and offered a warm welcome. Location was perfect for us whereby we walked to St Kilda as well as walked to the city. Overall facility was great - level 5 was excellent which was a shared common room and gym, our room was nice and spacious and met all of our needs View we had was limited however we weren't fussed as the overall room / facility was above expectations.

Not happy!!!!!!

Where do I begin??? I will never do business through this guy again!! He needs to be taken off your suppliers list. I had a confirmation for 2x 1 bedroom apartments. He only had 1 booked. He doesn't get back to you when he says he will. He doesn't turn up to meet you when he says he will. We didn't even stay at St Kilda Holiday Apartments!!!!! Please contact me asap to discuss this. Wotif needs to know how bad this guy is & the stress he put me & my friend through!! Your urgency is appreciated!

Good location for trams and beach

Minor details, tap in kitchen sink couldn't cope with water pressure, bedroom doors wouldn't close properly, cupboard over bathroom sink is simply awkward to brush teeth over. Wifi wouldn't work. Otherwise okay for the price.

Appart propre, moderne et pratique

Un très agréable séjour. Appartement bien agencé et équipé. Plutot tres propre (sauf cette mandarine oubliée sous le sofa qui devait être là depuis quelques temps) L'immeuble ultra moderne et design, ascenseur, salle de gym, terrasse, lit confort. Côté service le lit Bebe était bien là comme prévu. Pour les arrivées tardives pensez à appeler pour faire laisser les cles de l'appartement (pas de reception le soir!!!) pour nous ca s'est très bien passé L'emplacement est un bon compromis car à 15 min à pieds de la plage e saint Kilda et juste au pied du tram qui ramène au centre ville en 15 min. Seul l'environnement direct nest pas dingue, même s'il compte qqles bonnes adresses pour se restaurer

Great Place to call Temporary Home

Stayed here for 4 nights while doing job interviews and networking in Melbourne. The apartment was well furnished and equpped with everything you would need - dishes, towels, shampoo, hand soap, broom, washer machine, dishwaser, oven and cooktop etc. Having a full kitchen made difference! They even provided a few teas, coffee pods and instant coffee just like in a hotel. The only thing that was missing on those chilly winter nights was an extra blanket. Oh, and just a small amount of laundry soap for the washer - for like one load - wouldve been great! :) The building is super recognisable - all the locals, taxi drivers and my friends, knew what i meant when i said "the Lego-like building"

Close to public transport, but still had private car parking if I had of brought my car with me. Trafic noise was obvious sometimes, but have had far worse experiences.

Need more Bedding

Room was clean . There was an unusual smell in room ,could have been from garbage disposal in hall way. Bedding was very limited only one duvet for whole apartment We had to have air conditioning on 24 to keep warm .

Nice place to stay, great location, very friendly

Excellent self contained studio apartment, not on the busy side of the building, close to public transport links, eateries and supermarket. Very accommodating staff and host, excellent introduction to the building. Unfortunately previous occupants dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher, despite multiple washes I still couldn't get them clean. Quick call to Dana and all was sorted quickly though. There was no washing powder provided, but the washing machine works very well. The utensils in the kitchen are functional, very small chopping board though. All in all, excellent price room, perfect for my needs

feels air bnb like. you don't meet anyone, but you are given the key to the unit, and then its up to you... the unit is clean and comfortable and comes with a stove as well

The room was new and location was great but there was no hotel reception desk, absolutely no services provided and could not reach the host whatsoever which was very frustrating for guests...Here is what happened.. - Collected the apartment key off someone who worked for the owner but he knew nothing about the property - We were instructed to park at someone else's parking space...so we moved our car to another space but then the next day we received a warning from building management with no contact details on it - Unable to reach the owner during the entire stay or even the number provided in their handbook - Was told to pay 20 dollars for cleaning before we left but there was no housekeeping services provided The apartment was actually great except the lack of services made the whole stay very unpleasant and insecure. I would not stay there again.

Good place to stay if you know Melbourne

Modern and nice room however it is just a flat, no staff and no one there if you need help or want to ask questions. Would be great place to stay if you do not need anything from any staff. Close to resteraunts and trams, good location Check in/out takes a bit of organising.

Comfortable apartment between St Kilda & Prahran

Comfortable but some essentials need to be fixed up. There was some mixup with our booking so they had to scramble and set up a room at quite short notice. They were energetic about doing that and apologetic. Will be good when its fully organised. Apartment we were in had never been used for rental before so some facilities not yet in place e.g. no TV, only 2 thinnish pillows, no toaster, no tea cups. Other fittings all new. Bathroom reasonable size but could use some more towel rails. I would stay there again. Also bin smelled of cigarette smoke.

Very convenient and cost effective...

Check in and check out process is a little clunky, and the check in time window is not very appealing to the business person... Great for a holiday stay. Room was beautiful and close to everything that Melbourne has to offer. Free secure parking is also a great bonus.
