„Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. “

„This is a very cute and cozy property. As Jacksonville natives, we just wanted a change of scenery for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. We decided to stay in a side of town we weren't familiar with and really loved this space. Nearby to some local shops and a few venues we were excited to stumble into. „We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. „I come to Jacksonville for an ongoing academic program, and this is within walking distance, which makes it an ideal base camp. The neighborhood is quiet, shady, and there are some eateries in walking distance. On this visit I ended up in the front house, so I got a bit spoiled, but the guest house is great, too, especially if you are traveling solo.“
