„This villa is in an excellent location, few minute walk to the old town and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Given the challenges finding parking downtown on St. John, that was a huge plus. A few minute walk down to the market as well. My wife loves that our unit is very clean and quality furniture including bed and linens. „This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!“

„This was our 6th trip to the islands and we were looking forward to being in a villa that was walkable to Cruz Bay. We are athletic and the hill was a great workout, and we enjoyed that part of walking but not everyone could navigate this. The location is walkable distance wise, but it is on a very busy road without a sidewalk or space to walk that is not on the road. I would say it is a bit dangerous villa to walk and be very cautious if walking. The Market nearby was great and we were thankful ...

„Location most definitely stands out for this cottage! You are as close as you possibly could be to Cruz Bay-Restaurants, Bars, Live music, Grocery Store and Coffee Shop!You have your own entrance to your cottage which was nice, extra beach towels in the laundry room, and beach chairs and snorkel gear were also provided! Note: There is roaster that lives here and can be pretty loud in the mornings. The hill back up from the restaurant/bar area is not for the weak. Highly recommend! “
