This home is located in the exclusive Schooner Landing neighborhood and is just steps to the beach. This beautiful home has large windows for taking in those spectacular ocean views.

The main level of this home has an open kitchen, living room, and dining areas with a large, beautiful dining room table and fresh, cozy furniture. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of tools, gadgets, and a pantry to prepare family meals. The living room has a smart tv for streaming as well as satellite tv.
Two bedrooms are on this level. The bunkroom offers 5 beds and has access to the hallway bathroom. Just a few steps away is the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in, stone-accented shower.

Up one level, you will find two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a shared hall bathroom, and a sitting area that looks out over the first-level living room.

From the top-level deck, you can enjoy views of the Gulf and the Cut. This sitting area is ideal for watching sunsets or sunbathing.

Just outside you will find a gazebo with seating and a private pool oasis with plenty of seating and lounge chairs.

This home offers an additional refrigerator on the ground level foyer of the home. Two "glass-bottom" kayaks are available for guest use.
