For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
Other Things to Note:
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!
RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.
AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.
RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.
BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.
THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.
CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
Interaction with Guests:
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

It was a nice place but the bed was worn out and sank to the middle while trying to sleep, the couch bed was awfully hard so couldn’t sleep there. Ice trays were broken and leaking so could make a lot of ice. Blinds were broken in the bedroom. Ac should be able to turn a little cooler while sleeping. Bathroom sink drain was stuck down and had to manually pull up to drain the sink.

Cozy stay near the beach
This was our second time staying here. It is a great place for a couple. It's quiet, has a view of the beach from the small deck and is just a short walk away. The kitchen is adequate for cooking simple meals though we had to bring any and all condiments as the cupboards and refrigerator are bare except for dishes and utensils.

Brought my daughter to the Island for a couple of days. This property completely met our needs! I love Ocean Mile and it is still as I remember from some years ago.
I also loved that I could reserve this unit for only three nights, most of the others require a week.

Loved the complex, access to the beach, bedding and towels were very nice-seemed new. Kitchen was stocked well. Was not a fan of the stairs and wondered why all the cords were visible for the AV systems (odd). I had to call for the correct key code when we got there - was not given the correct key code to the unit in the online confirmation from Vacasa. That was very worrisome, because I was afraid the booking was bogus and we would not get in after traveling 8 hours to get there!

Great, But before you go . . .
This property is listed by a vacation rental company. NOT the same as listed by owner.
Great place. Clean. Very close to beach and pool. Had beach chairs to use. Plenty of towels. Fantastic unit. Would recommend the property to anyone as long as they know before they go.
1. My wife and I are in our 70's. First discovery - 21 steps to climb to get to unit. Not unsurmountable, but there especially if you use washer/dryer (great feature by the way)
2. Having used Vrbo in several locations prior, we were a little let down by no staple items such as salt/pepper, wax paper/plastic wrap, sugar, etc. Yes there was a fantastic stock of kitchenware and small appliances, but before you could deal with the fresh melon you had to run to store to get materials to store it.
3. Poor follow up on maintenance request. Had no hot water. Called 800 number. The operator offered suggestions, which were valuable, but did not fix situation. Operator identified that they would have local response team there as soon as possible. After a 4 hour wait, my wife and I started to explore the premises and discovered the hot water heater has "kicked out" the circuit breaker. I reset it and resolved the problem, however local maintenance never showed up. Would recommend this place to anyone, but be aware of it before you go.
