A hour from Zion and 2.5 hours from Bryce. The only negative was the WiFi not working at certain times every day of our stay. But the response to fix was immediate. We loved it there and if ever we come back to Utah would stay here again.

We needed more garbage sacks etc. I contacted the office to get more. I got the run around, about my request. Office personnel acted as if I had asked for a pot of gold. Not wanting to give me too many. I can only assume they thought I might take the extra bags home. I was a bit put off by the way I was treated. This was all over 10 garbage sacks. How much could they cost??As a renter who paid well over 3500.00 to stay, not sure the cost of 10 garbage sacks was a big ask. Yes, I would stay again. Just don’t want others to have the same frustration I did over 5 cents worth of plastic bags.

Great place to stay near St George! Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Right across the street from one of the community pools, and the private hot tub was really nice. Well equipped kitchen. Zero complaints. Will definitely loom here next time we stay in St George!

Ledges is a lovely area

We truly enjoyed our stay! Easy access to all areas of St. George to go & do, eat, and enjoy! This home had more than enough space for our group and had everything we needed during our stay! Nice and close to the pool as well! The Ledges is a nice and quiet, beautiful part of St. George! The location even allowed us to see some shooting stars (from the Perseid meteor shower.)

Reviewer Comments: The house and the location were perfect for our large group “end is summer getaway.” Layout of the home makes it comfortable to spread out, yet possible to all gather for a meal or games. Nice community pool is conveniently just across the street. Fully stocked kitchen equips guests for meals at home. Close to Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow State Park, and walking distance to the Ledges Golf Club. Well kept property and very clean. Great place! Hope to stay again!
