„Clean Room and convenient“

„I spend one night in Macao and I prefer the area around Studio City with the big Casinos. Easy to have a walk around the strip and also see the other big Casinos / Malls. “

Was ganz schlimm war ...

„Our stay was perfection from start to finish. The hotel is in immaculate condition, and the flawless cleanliness of our room truly impressed us. While the property is stunning, it is the staff that makes it world-class. A special thank you to the Front Desk staff for the seamless, warm welcome and to the Concierge team, whose expertise and proactive assistance were far beyond expectations. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our visit truly unforgettable. This is world-class service ...

„Even though we didn't arrive until the evening, our suite wasn't ready yet. At first glance, the suite looked clean, but on second glance, it was rather mediocre (see photos). The biggest problem: even though we explicitly requested a non-smoking room when booking, there was a strong smell of smoke. Although the floor was non-smoking, someone smoked in that adjoining room and all the smoke drifted into ours. ...
