„Absolutely lovely spot. We were lucky with the weather and had the place to ourselves. The property is rustic, environmentally friendly, and hosts Sophie and Paul were relaxed and welcoming. We had our own garden area. It was really handy for the beaches around Newquay and Cardigan. We loved it. All the facilities we needed, comfortable and cosy. Plus pigs and donkeys! Perfect for us.“

No walled garden as originally advertised when booking. 8 acres includes a 5 acre meadow not all garden. Gardens are full of weeds and largely unkept apart from mowing. Refund now required.“

„My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. „A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.“

„This accommodation is okay for one person only staying 1-2 nights and living on nearby takeaways but beyond that you wish you had access to a microwave even just for the basic of meals plus a small fridge for keeping milk fresh because the accommodation is very small and basic with only a bed, shower and a toilet plus there's a kettle and a TV. Off topic i would recommend ear plugs if you're not an early riser because the passing traffic outside can be loud.“

„I was misled by the search criteria - putting in dates i needed. Then booked in for different days. Yes, i should have checked. But i know my search criteria had correct dates and didnt know it would have offered outside criteria. Luckily one property was vacant and i was given that. I was grateful. „We stayed 4 nights in this very nice cottage and explored the Pembrokeshire Coast! Nice hikes directly from the cottage possible. The Cottage is well equipped and we didn‘t miss anything. More than enough space for 2 adults, all functional and with love to details. Garden with Alpakas nearby was great, Charly the dog of the owners a funny and well educated one.
