„The receptionist was not very friendly. Barely polite, even. It was one of the situations where the words themselves were fine, but the body language was not welcoming at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. We got to the elevator and could not get it to work. First, no one said we needed to scan the key card to get it to work, so we had to figure that out on our own. Second, the key card didn't even work. This is our first time at Moxy so we're absolutely figuring it out ...

„Not being familiar with Austin, I was not sure about what to expect from this hotel, especially regarding the location. But... the location was actually amazing: lots of food and shops available in the area, super cool atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. One of the hotel bar was Halloween-themed, which I loved!“

„Sarah and I were very happy with our stay at CitizenM. We were celebrating our tenth anniversary together and although Sarah had never been here before,I had,and I'd requested a high up room with a view and your staff delivered by giving us a room on the 16th floor. I want to thank-you for that. It was special. We ate close by within walking distance and there is parking directly across the street. You're check in staff are exceptional. Thanks again CitizenM “
