„The house was exactly as expected from the listing. Very clean. Provided code for door in advance. Easy check out. We didn't take pets but it is pet friendly but you don't notice any pet smells or hair. Worked perfectly for us with 4 adults and easy trip to Frankenmuth. Lots of local options for shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again. “

„It was very peaceful and quiet……we loved it! The host was very welcoming with a note for us on the board in the dinning room. We stayed over Oktoberfest weekend and it was just a block away from Main Street which was perfect, cause we could walk to every where and not deal with traffic. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to the host for making us feel like we were at a home away from home! “

„I made a mistake on my reservation and vrbo would do nothing, but Jason gave me several options and saved our trip, which in this case was for a funeral so already extremely stressful. “

„Crabtree Place was a great weekend getaway. We loved the 60s feel. It has a great vibe. All beds were comfortable and the house clean. We had everything we needed to make meals and found goodies like a popcorn maker to use on the stove. The hosts were responsive and clear with communication. We enjoyed downtown Midland and Dow Gardens on our visit. We did play some games provided by the host. We will happily return the next time we need to be in this area.“

„We had an excellent stay. This is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house is adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were very comfy. There are two great areas to spend time relaxing outside. The neighborhood is quiet, and just a little ways out of town. We would definitely stay here again. “

„Beautiful renovation to the house. More than enough room for family of 6. Quick 2-3 min drive to just about anywhere in town. Kids had fun in the game room and roaming the property outside, from tossing football to chasing fireflies at night. Thank you for the great stay!“

„We were so impressed with The Montford. The house was so well taken care of, and had everything we needed. No detail was overlooked! We had two families plus my mother, and it was the perfect amount of space. Location-wise, we were less than a min walk from Main Street, where we spent a majority of our time. Chris, the host, checked in on us and was extremely responsive when I asked a question. Could recommend this property enough!“
