„Meet our desires and needs“

„Unit was clean, everything that was advertised was there. However it was 82 degrees in the unit when we were checking in. The ceiling fans don’t move much air, we had to purchase a box fan to cool the unit down.“

„We didn't stay at the place reserved and got sent to a back up place right before check in. It was a strange back alley entrance with standing water and rickety steps up to the unit but confusion over which unit was ours. Once we figured it out, it was challenging to get the door to unlock and lock with the mechanism not quite lining up without pushing and pulling the door to get it just right. The toilet off one bedroom required taking the tank cover off to make it flush and to make it stop ...

„Place could use some updating. Ice maker in fridge did not work and the bottom drawer was a big block of ice. The door handle was broken, and I would not use the pots and pans to cook with. I think the cleaners can only do so much! It was clean but the outdated ness makes it look not clean. Lots of noise from the upper apartment? If you stay in this basement apartment. „Property was great and very clean. Check in process was extremely easy and very informative email was sent before check-in. The only thing that was lacking, which may be my own fault is the downstairs bedroom, the one with one bed is not a bedroom as the walls do not go to the ceiling. It offers privacy to get dressed but no privacy for conversations or intimate relations in the bedroom. The location was key so I would rent again but maybe not bring all my kids. :)“

„Everything was new and loved the decor. Lots of extras that was really nice. Would stay again.“

„Everything was exactly as described. St. Charles is an awesome place!“

„Pros: Location! Walking distance to cafes, bars, stores, the farmers market, etc. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed and spacious. FYI - the small bedroom pictured on the main floor is right above a gym. Our guests in that room could definitely hear music and people working out, especially early in the morning. Upstairs is very comfortable, and includes several AC units (kind of loud but worth the cool air).Cons: Stairs up to the apartment are narrow and there ...

„Check in was delayed because the room was not ready. We told them we were driving 16 hours and asked if we could check in a few hours early being exhausted from the drive , instead they delayed check in. The place is tiny , like the size of a hotel room. The place is basically a motel that had some rooms renovated , in a very noisy area right by the main town . Good luck sleeping during your stay. Cars racing, cops, music blasting, people up all night at the bars , this is even during the week ...

„Room was fantastic! The grounds need to be cleaned up a bit.“
