The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had ...

„Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!“

Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it.“

„Clean house with ac in each room very cozy and private area great security and safe environment. Love the grocery store across the street good food. You would need to have a vehicle to enjoy it like I did, i rented a Kia. Nice pool and gym has new equipment being installed 👍“
