Poor Communication
The listing is advertised as having wifi. That was not the case. No wifi was available and when contacting the listing agent (which is what we were told to do in the property’s rule book), the complaint was never addressed. We arrived in a Sunday. The rule book stated no wifi was a “non-emergent” matter and to wait until business hours (the next day) to contact the listing agent. Either by phone or email. Being from the US I was trying not to use my cellular data for extra cost and only use wifi. My first attempt to contact the agent was responded to 8hrs later with “are you still in need of assistance?” After responding yes, I never heard from them again. I should receive a refund for the amount of money I had to pay for daily use of my cellular data. But I have yet to hear from the agent.
