Spur Tree Urlaub günstig buchen

Great overall experience.

On the plus side, the suite was great, with amazing views. It had everything we needed and was kept very clean, this included clean towels. The range of facilities were good (pools, bars, cafes, restaurants, spa etc.) and kept clean. Great for families. Our experience of the staff, all of them were very polite, happy, friendly and helpful and always professional, in fact they were lovely. On the minus side, on our 4th day we had to speak to someone about our room not being cleaned since we had arrived, the mini-bar and coffee/tea not being restocked and the coffee machine not working. The cleaning was immediately rectified. The mini bar and coffee/tea was only restocked for approx. 50% of our stay. We did get a coffee machine replacement but this leaked. We gave up. We also gave up on room service, this took a minimum of 2hours. We only used it twice, the first time we received a tepid uncooked pizza and on the second attempt we received dish of lettuce with a teaspoon of dressing. In general the food was hit and miss. Unfortunately one the female staff whose role it is to sell future holidays at the resort was quite pushy and at times it made it quite uncomfortable. Sadly many of the staff spend too much of their time apologising for lapses in the service.
