I enjoyed staying at the EconoLodge. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom fan was loud, but that is minor. I was moving a freshmen into college so the hotel’s location near Bed Bath and Beyond, Target and Walmart was very convenient. I did hear while I was there that the hotel will be temporarily used as dorm rooms for UMass. The students will be getting some pretty swanky dorm rooms. This is as of August 2022. I am not sure how long UMass will be renting the hotel, or if they are taking over the whole hotel. I do hope that the EconoLodge becomes available in the future.

They moved me to Howard Johnson instead and they didn't meet the ammendities i wanted. Spiders in room, odor was unbearable.

Mowtly excellent, highly recommended!

No frills but none needed. Staff was wonderfully friendly and polite but never intrusive. The only problem was the air conditioning was hard to manage.

Everything was perfect! Jeffrey, the manager, was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms were very nice. The handicapped-accessible room was huge! The rooms were very clean.

It was a nice place. The staff needs to be a little more informative and the breakfast needs to be updated. A waffle machine would be nice. The room was nice. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Overall nice. Room was clean, until you looked at the bottom of your feet/socks. Recommend wearing slippers or socks at all times. Location was nice. Shopping/food all around you.

It is well located and old building. When we got into our room there was water on the floor coming from the fridge. The manager said he coould not do anything, did not have any house keeping support to dry the floor, and he could not help, and there were not rooms available to move to So he gave me towels and a mop and we had to dry it out and clean the mess.

A good value. Bed was a little too used, there were parts of the room that had not been cleaned in a while. The phone system continuously blinks a red light, unless you unplug it, the Pergo floors are much noisier than carpeted ones. Surprised by the level of amenities for the money and the morning coffee was pretty decent.
