Experience spectacular views in our 4 Bdrm 3 Bath home that includes modern amenities, decks out every door and serene atmosphere. Nestled on a mountain you're still minutes from all that San Diego has to offer. There's no fence between you and the nature reserve just outside your door. Nearby hiking trails will take you through San Diego's native habitat to 360 views of the ocean, downtown, Coronado Island and surrounding mountains. Short drive outside the city for a charming & unique stay.

Drive a few minutes outside the city for a mountainside experience leaving the hustle and bustle of the city to your home-away-from-home for resting and enjoying vast views and beautiful sunsets that look different every night. We usually rent out only our guest suite downstairs but we are opening our doors to the whole house and property for guests! We would be delighted for you and your guests to enjoy this truly unique stay in the San Diego area.

Discover rest and relaxation in the four bedrooms with soft linens and blackout shades for a peaceful night's sleep. The upper story of the home includes three of the bedrooms. The primary room features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms featuring a queen bed & twin bed share a hallway bathroom and have their own wonderful views out their windows. The fourth bedroom is located as its own private guest suite downstairs with a balcony.

The property includes three well-maintained bathrooms, each providing all the bathing essentials to start your day right. The primary room’s en-suite bathroom has a modern walk-in shower. Hallway bathroom includes a bath/shower combo. The guest suite bathroom has a corner stand up shower.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆
The heart of the home, the open-concept kitchen and living area, is fully equipped and stocked for your convenience. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a large island, and coffee amenities. Unwind in the cozy living area with expansive windows to show off the views, sink in the huge West Elm couch which is sized to fit everyone. Living room features a large Smart TV and Sonos sound bar (you will need to download the Sonos app to use the sound system).

Multiple decks out every door reveal spectacular views and create serene outdoor experiences next to the nature reserve. Each deck has its own unique experience. There is a gas fire pit on the main deck for an evening experience. Every day the sky is different and brings unique sunsets each night. Our house sits right next to an open nature reserve. There is no fence between you and the wild life.

☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆
You will have exclusive access to the entire house and naturesque property. There is a nature trail very close by you can take advantage of during your stay where you can see 360 views of the surrounding area. Easy key-less entry code entry system makes your self check-in a breeze. You’ll have free parking in the driveway.

THINGS TO KNOW:
☀ Trevor has his vocal studio on the property (detached from house) which is off limits to guests. He will be there on certain days throughout the week to give voice lessons to his students (Mostly Mondays & Tuesdays).
☀ The house is on a very steep hill so you will need to be comfortable driving up to the location taking a steep hill. We think it is worth the drive up! If our grandma can do it, you can too!
☀ The property is our home and has some quirks. All homes have them! We don’t promise perfection but we do promise amazing views and hope to do everything we can to ensure a wonderful stay!
