The home also comes with four kayaks, perfect for paddling through the canals or enjoying a fishing trip..

The Blue Heron, boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Three bedrooms, each with their own ceiling fan and two bathrooms will comfortably sleep up to ten guests.

Step outside to a 36-foot dock, complete with a 22-foot floating dock, offering the perfect mooring for your boat or watercraft. The private, fenced backyard is a paradise of its own, featuring a custom pool that soaks up the sun all day long, while the dock invites you to fish, set crab pots, or simply bask in the serenity of the surroundings.

Inside, the spacious open floor plan features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a king bed, queen bed, two double beds, and a sofa sleeper, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The wraparound porch encircles the entire home, complemented by a screened verandah and an upper balcony, ideal for sunbathing or watching sunsets.

This is a waterfront home with a pool and as such safety precautions should be exercised by guests. Use the pool, dock, and sea wall at your own risk.
