„We had a lovely last minute vacation. The property was very homey and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and pleasant. The area was quiet and the little yard was perfect for our dog. I would advise planning ahead for any trips for groceries and activities. While we enjoyed our first experience on the car ferry, we did need to adjust our schedules a bit. „The Cozy Cabin is just that with phenomenal views! My mother and I stayed for 2 nights with our dogs. We brought kayaks and went out on the York River multiple times. „Very impressed with the property. Found everything exactly as described. Very Clean and comfortable. The community was private. The amenities available to this unit were very nice. We fished the Warhaul Pond near our unit between visits to relatives in Toana, and caught several large bass and crappie.
