„The home was very comfortable for 5 of us with room to spare. Located in a friendly small town. Many extras included. There are many activities for kids. Our grandchildren had a great time, they would have liked to just stay at the property!. The ferry to Jamestown is very convenient and there is much to see on that side. We also visited the town of Smithfield which is only 20 minutes away. We were looking for a nice slow and relaxing pace and found it. “

„We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. „We planned a quick trip to Busch Gardens and I couldn’t find any great hotels so I decided to check out VRBO for fun. This house was affordable and had such a beautiful view AND they allowed dogs! A plus all around. We got to see Navy ships, Coast Guard water drills, helicopters as well as Ospreys and Bald Eagles during our short time there. The inside reminded me of my grandma’s house, cozy and laid back. We will definitely stay here again in the future.“

„Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here.“
