„Place was just as advertised. So comfortable. So inviting. Owner made every effort to provide everything that might be wanted during the stay. Coffee. Snacks. Water. Hot shower, good water pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. No complaints whatsoever. I hated to leave. Would definitely stay there again!“

I put my dog in the back yard and he met me in the front. But all in all it we had a nice stay. I would stay again. Very very clean“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wagoner at Mr. Blaine’s property! There were plenty of towels/linens, coffee, as well as additional groceries. He was also very easy to communicate with, very prompt in responding also. It comfortably fit five adults and was truly a little slice of paradise. The pool deck and outdoor seating were a nice treat as well! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying here!“

We will never stay anywhere else when we come to visit and float the river! If i had to give a con...maybe supply ricks of wood for the firepit. We bought some from town so not a big deal but that really the only thing i could say if i had to say something 'bad' or recommended. Otherwise, we will be backevery year for many years to come!
