„We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. „It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation ...

„The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again.“

„The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again.
