Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment, balcony and outside kitchen with grill, basically whole second floor of the house.

You will also get two free parking places in the yard of the house.

There are no shared areas around the house.

This is typical residential area with all the local facilities just around the corner (grocery shops, bakeries, caffe bars).

It is very quiet and safe with good connections with other parts of town as well as suburbs and surrounding areas by local buses.

Nearest and the most popular beach in Split called Znjan is 15 minutes walkking and few popular nightlife caffes as well.

That makes it an ideal location combining closeness to virtually everything in Split and having your own peace and comfort.

Bus station is within three minutes walking. Bus lines to the center are frequent, every 10-15 min. It takes about 10 min of public transport ride to the center or 8-10 min by car.
