Apartment is located on the ground floor of the traditional Dalmatian residential house in the very center of Split.

Despite being close to all events it's in a residential area with good sound isolation, so there's no excessive noise.

Apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air-condition unit in both the living room and bedroom.

In the living room you can pamper your senses with a smart 58“ LED TV with ambilight and cable channels.

Living room has comfortable sofa bed which can pull out for two people to sleep.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bedroom has a cozy double bed, wardrobe and working table.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge.

Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 20 EUR.

This is a smoke-free apartment, but you can smoke outside on the patio.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment and the patio.

As apartment is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided, but you can find free parking in the street, or nearby streets usually within just few minutes of walking.

Paid parking is just 100m away.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located at the ideal location in the center of Split, just three minutes walking to the Split seafront.

Right near is also the famous Diocletians Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.

Neighborhood is residential so there's no excessive noise.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 15 minutes walking.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is within one minute walking.

Grocery store is right across the house.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make a reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
