„Zimmer war sauber, allerdings musste ich für den TV und Safe ein Techniker bestellen. Frühstück war wie gewohnt super. Das Personal war sehr gemüht.“

„Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place.“

„Het was geen goed hotel, erg vies. Lakes en kussen slopen zaken in maanden niet gewassen. De foto's zijn ver van de realiteit.“

„Its good“

„Overall: 2 stars I’ll try to be unbiased and just state the facts of my experience. Don’t trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. At check in, the reception member took 7 phone calls during our check in rather than attending to the 2 people in front of him. Staff were generally unapproachable and rarely smiled. „The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. “

„The photos & details mentioned in the hotel's listing are misleading & incorrect. The property is in desperate need of maintenance, from the reception area to the rooms, bathrooms, and swimming pool. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and fell well below basic hospitality standards. There were no lights in the corridors, the bathroom ceiling was in poor condition, the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the swimming pool was not operational. Although ...

„Good parking space and staff“

„Room provided was not deluxe at all. I booked deluxe room though“

„My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
