„The hotel itself is really good, same goes for my room which was pretty neat and tidy. Unfortunately, WiFi didn't work during my stay. So, all in all, I enjoyed my stay BUT... From my experience, the service is just terrible. Unfortunately, the reception wasn’t occupied when I left early in the morning, so I couldn’t ask for an invoice at check-out. „Comfortable & Clean, slightly cold upon arrival but a few mins with the heater on resolved that, in general it was great value for money with Donkey picture on the wall (I donate monthly to the donkey sanctuary) & heilan coo’s in the bathroom (I’m also Scottish) only negative was the sound proofing from neighbouring rooms, the snoring !!! Gosh ! However, it was more homely than you’d have realised, thank you.“

Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it.
