"Ich habe (erst nach der Buchung) Rezensionen gelen, die schlecht ausfielen. Ich kann das nicht bestätigen. Das Sandman war ein schöner Abschluss unserer Reise durch Südengland und Cornwall. Wir können das Sandmans in jeder Hinsicht wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir werden dieses Hotel bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt sicher wieder buchen."

"Good value for money - the quality is exactly what you’d expect from an airport hotel. Minus the missing option for luggage storage! Never been to a hotel before that doesn’t offer complimentary luggage storage at least for a few hours. Luckily the airport had such a service (for a hefty fee, nevertheless) so crisis averted. Breakfast is basic, no vegetables but at least thoughtful glutenfree corner. Room was clean and comfy. "

"A small, cozy hotel with a lake, although you couldn't swim in it. Despite the highway, the hotel was quiet. With the window closed you couldn't hear anything, with the window open only noise (lake side). The building and the furnishings were a bit older, which was also partly visible. But it didn't look run-down. A renovation would do the hotel some good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness left something to be desired in some places. I never felt unsafe there, there was plenty of parking and the food was also good."

"Das Hotel war sehr schön, nicht zu groß und perfekt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen und das Frühstück, welches aus bestellbaren warmen Gerichten und kontinentalem Frühstück in Buffetform besteht, ist vielseitig und sehr gut. Die Lage ist toll, man befindet sich an einem Park am höchsten Punkt der Stadt. Bis ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten."
