„Everything was crap should not even be listed on Expedia. Dirty linen, poor hygiene, dirty bathrooms, towels, fans breakfasts completely non hygienic. People who clean bathrooms are cook in the morning.“

„I couldn't find the hotel, my driver and I spent more than an hour trying to get to the hotel location but never found it, plus the location area provided was dark and gated. I'm asking for a full reimbursement.“

„Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was really pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place!“

„Such a nice hotel in budget and having safe place to stay .Staff is very corporative .I recommend this hotel.“

„There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. “

„Property not meant for short and tourist purposes; cleanliness out of scope all trash was accumulated on the floor in the lobby“

„Property is ok but needs maintenance, lobby should bigger if not then should have empty seats for customers. I saw all employees sitting and busy with their cell phones watching videos and customers just standing. Too old towels were provided, change to new once. It was very bad. “

„The location marked on google maps was inaccurate and the hotel was atleast 500m away. Hotel room was decent but maintenance was poor. Door hangers, bathroom door lock and wardrobe was broken.“

„Budget hostel. Photo is of building next door. “

„Worst cleaning . A torn underwear was hanging in the bathroom“

„I was denied check in at the reception and staff was giving excuses..My request to expedia to block this hotel from their website and pay me back double refund..“

„The elite is different and i didn’t get the same, which i was booked and when i raised the complaint. I have got no response. And the receptionist was very rude, he didn’t even able ti listen my concern. And said this is the only room You will get it. Which is wrong, i had paid for elite room which was a big room and didn’t get the same room. So if you are considering this option please make sure that you are going to get the same room.“

„Big problems with this place. It should not be rated a 2-star hotel. Maybe a 1-star? 1. We had booked a non-smoking suite. It was reeking of smoke from previous occupants. In fact we had to clean cigarette butts from under couches that the staff missed. 2. It was supposed to be cash-only. But unless one reads the fine-print, one would not know. And they do not accept international credit cards. Nasty surprise if you travelled internationally. 3. No room heating. It gets pretty cold in Noida ...

„Highly unprofessional as well as very very abusive + unhelpful hospitality. The stuff is absolutely illiterate + I stayed only about 10 hours but had almost heard about 50 to 80 abusive words that the staff people were saying to each other as well as they were treating the customers as if they were slaves or something because 1 the couple who came they were treated very very badly and the girl in that couple even started crying because these people were very very very unprofessional and very ...
