„Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him.“

„Enjoyed our stay immensely! You arrive at what appears to be a regular townhouse community. Once you get near the back you see Larry's one story condo with a pretty yellow door. Walk in and it's amazing! The decor is unique and beautiful! But nothing uptight or too fancy about this home. Very relaxing with a large covered porch and deck overlooking a pool you may use. (Larry lives there but usually stays in the primary bedroom area in the front of the house. We only saw him when we arrived.) We ...

„I stayed here with my nephew for a weekend trip in Greenville. It was a nice size. He said he slept on the fanciest air mattress ever. We parked in the garage and walked or biked everywhere.“

„This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great.“
