„The bedding was soft and comfortable. The house was at a dead end and very private. A nice Starbucks only a minute drive away. The floors were original hardwood and pretty. Just a little squeaky in some places. We definitely will look into staying here again in the future.“

„Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.“

„Nicely renovated house in Peoria Heights - not a bad neighborhood but still 5-6 blocks from the nice downtown strip of the Heights. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a tight flight of stairs - not an issue for most but wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems. The owner was very responsive and allowed us a late checkout. Overall solid place for two or three people. “

„The home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family in Peoria. There was ample space for us to spread out and have areas where the kids could separate from each other. As noted in other reviews, power can be a challenge but one that was easily overcome with extension cords. Joseph was responsive to questions and the checkout process was as easy as can be. We definitely appreciated the fact that it is just off of the main roads as it made for simple trips to certain things ...
